(1) MEANING OF GAYATHRI MANTHRA

WARNING:

Gayathri manthra should not be recited without taking diksha (initiation) as a brahmana from a guru. Even after initiation, this manthra should be recited secretly within mind in such a way that others do not hear this manthra.  So, Please just read the below manthra and keep it in mind.  Do not recite them now casually.  Never chant this manthra without taking diskha.  This is very serious!  I have posted this Manthra and meaning just for your knowledge!  DO NOT KEEP OR PLAY THE AUDIO OR VIDEO OR DO NOT RECITE THIS MANTHRA IN ANY FORM WITHOUT GETTING INITIATED!  

GAYATHRI MANTHRA:

Om Bhur Bhuvaḥ Swaḥ
Tat-savitur Vareñyaṃ
Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi
Dhiyo Yonaḥ Prachodayāt
WORD BY WORD MEANING 
Om: Primeval sound; Bhur: Physical realm (Body); Bhuvah: Mental realm Suvah: Spiritual realm (that of soul); Tat:  That (God); Savitur: Sun, Creator from whom the life originates; Varenyam: adore; Bhargo: effulgence (divine light from the creator); Devasya: Supreme Lord; Dhimahi: meditate; Dhiyo: the intellect; Yo: May this light; Nah: our; Prachodayat: illumine/inspire.
MEANING OF MANTHRA
"We meditate on that most adored Supreme Lord, the creator, whose effulgence (divine light) illumines all realms (physical, mental and spiritual). May this divine light illumine our intellect."

(2) MEANING OF HARE KRISHNA MAHA MANTHRA

Do you know the meaning of the Hare Krishna Maha Manthra:

"Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama hare Hare"?

‘Hare’ means the Internal energy of Lord. ‘Krishna’ means ‘All attractive Lord’. ‘Rama’ means ‘Supreme Enjoyer’.

Thus the Manthra means: "Oh, Energy of Lord! Oh, All Attractive Lord! Oh Supreme Enjoyer! Please Engage me in your service!"

Hereafter, chant these manthras after knowing the meaning! Effective! Isn’t it?
