WHY DEVOTEES FACE MORE PROBLEMS? CAN HE PRAY TO KRISHNA TO CLEAR THEM?
If a person asks Krishna any benefits, can we say he is a devotee? No doubt. He is also a devotee.
Krishna has classified 4 types of devotees: the distressed, the inquisitive, those who seek material gain, and the speculative philosophers.
So, though one worships Krishna for any benefits, he is also a devotee!
An experienced and advanced level Devotee does not expect anything from Krishna except Krishna Himself as such devotee always likes to serve Krishna! However, for a person who is dependent only on Krishna, he has to call Krishna alone for anything that is essential for a good living. Whom else a devotee can call except Krishna? However, it is not good if we go to Krishna only when we face miseries and forget Him afterwards!
Calling Krishna when we are in distress is good. That does not mean, we need not think of Him when we are happy. Forgetting Him during happiness is not good. Whatever happens to you is as per your karma!
There might be some reasons behind it! Krishna is always making you clean by allowing you to clear your past Karma. After thus cleansing you, Krishna takes you to Himself. This is the real reason behind every misery!
REMEMBER! Krishna gives difficulties to us only to clear all the Karma we have accumulated so far from previous births! If a person tastes a pinch of salt, he MUST drink water to remove bitterness! Thus, We have knowingly or unknowingly done tons of sins in our earlier births. Krishna mercifully gives problems for us & fastens the cleansing process. Then, He takes us back to Him & engage us in His Service eternally!!
What will happen if Krishna does not fasten the cleansing process? We have to take 100s of births again and again and feel the four types of pains such as birth, disease, old age & death! How merciful Krishna is to put a full stop for miseries in this birth itself? So, "Bear the pains! you will come out of the circle of painful births permanently & live with Krishna with bliss, without miseries & without further birth & death!
Hereafter feel happy when you face problems because, Krishna is cleansing your karma and making you pure. Avoid further sinning by following the advice of our acharyas and scriptures.
