 THREE RECOMMENDED VEGETABLES TO BREAK FASTING!

After fasting for the whole day, the empty stomach would have been irritated by the acid that was being secreted by the body for digestion.

Acid is there to digest the food. But, no food is given because of fasting.

What will the acid do?

It will corrode the walls of the stomach.

So, acidity, gas, ulcer may come.

That is why i do not recommend long period of fasting and I always recommend to take water during fasting.

Water will atleast dilute the produced acid that may reduce the chances of irritation and ulcer.

Ok, while breaking fast, we should not load the stomach with large food.

Because 24 hrs empty stomach will take some time to recover.

so, first, you should activate the stomach with limited and light food like vegetables or fruits.

 WHAT ARE THE THREE RECOMMENDED VEGETABLES TO BREAK FASTING?


They are:

(1) Dry Amla soaked in the honey;

(2) August tree leaves (Sesbania Grandiflora) that is a type of spinach.

(3) Turkey berry.

Use all the three or any one or any two in any cooked form when you break the fast on dvadasi.

It will protect the stomach from acidity, gas and ulcer.
